Hailing from China, Australia and now the US, Feifei Feng is a multidisciplinary designer with a Master of Architecture degree from MIT. She received Bachelor of Architectural Studies and Design with honors from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney.
Feifei is the partner of Iso Ideas, an architectural research and design agency based in San Francisco; she also founded Monoseason, a minimalist online lifestyle store. She previously worked in architecture firms around the world, including Kengo Kuma and Associates in Paris, Kennedy & Violich Architecture (KVA) in Boston, and Tonkin Zulaikha Greer (TZG) in Sydney. In recent years, Feifei held the role of project designer and manager at Stanley Saitowitz | Natoma Architects in San Francisco.
In her work, Feifei has always been interested in examining the cultural and social impacts of the built environment. Using the medium of drawing, she proposes alternative urban narratives that reevaluate our living environment, re-generate awareness and re-activate the mundane through productive frictions.
